If a minor has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian may contact us. We will remove the information and unsubscribe the child. Where required by applicable law, we may ask children for consent from their parents or guardians before we allow them to create a user account or provide a product or service to them.
If you are a minor and have not obtained the consent of your parent or guardian to use the Services, please do not send us any personal information about yourself or use the Services .
If you are a School, you represent and warrant to Edge Factor that you have obtained all necessary consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of any Student Data that you transmit to Edge Factor in any form, and that you will keep such consent current.
Please contact us at info@edgefactor.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information of a minor without proper consent so that we may delete such data as soon as possible.
